However, the Superchargers’ bowlers, led by Kate Cross and Grace Ballinger, maintained their composure and picked up crucial wickets at regular intervals.
Cross and Ballinger stood out with their bowling performances, both securing two wickets apiece, while Alice Davidson-Richards and Lucy Higham chipped in with two wickets each as well. The Superchargers’ collective bowling effort restricted the Welsh Fire’s chase and ensured their victory.
