India beat Ireland in the 2nd T20I

Team India emerged victorious against Ireland in the 2nd T20I and secure a 2-0 lead in the three-match series. With the triumph, the visitors also clinched the series.

Put in to bat, India showcased their batting prowess, accumulating a total of 185/5 in their allotted 20 overs. The Indian batters displayed a mix of boundaries and well-timed sixes to build a competitive total.

For the Irish side, Mark Adair, Barry McCarthy, and Craig Young claimed crucial wickets, each taking one scalp, while Josh Little managed to keep a lid on the run rate despite not taking any wickets. In pursuit of the challenging target, Ireland’s innings got off to a rocky start with early dismissals of Paul Stirling and Lorcan Tucker.
